Product Introduction
The coated spiral welded corrugated composite steel pipe for coal mine gas drainage is a new type of gas pipeline developed by our company to meet market demand. It uses quenched and tempered cold-rolled steel strip to undergo multiple processes such as shaping, pressing, welding, and spraying, and is processed into a new structural gas pipeline with a flat inner wall and an "n" - shaped reinforcing rib on the outer wall.

Coated spiral welded corrugated composite steel pipe
For example:
SCSP-TEP-KW (-0.097)/-300 represents a coated spiral welded corrugated composite steel pipe with a nominal diameter (DN) of 300mm and a vacuum pressure of -0.097 MPa
main features
light weight
The pipeline adopts 1.0-3.0mm quenched and tempered cold-rolled steel strip as the main material. After being processed by the company's developed production equipment and advanced production technology, the strength of the formed pipe body is six times that of ordinary spiral welded steel pipes (of the same thickness). Taking DN400 gas pipeline as an example, the strength of DN400 pipeline produced by our company using 1.5mm quenched and tempered cold-rolled steel strip is the same as that of ordinary spiral steel pipes with a steel plate thickness of 9mm, At present, most DN400 gas pipelines in coal mines use 6-8mm thick steel plates. (This indicates that the weight of the gas pipeline produced by our company is only about a quarter of that of ordinary spiral steel pipes)
Strong corrosion resistance
After the main body of the pipeline is formed, it must undergo welding flange (using a combination of loose flange and fixed flange connection method), water pressure test, pipe surface treatment, spraying and other process treatments. The spraying material uses composite resin as the main raw material, which can withstand the erosion of various chemical substances (such as sulfur, acid, alkali, salt, etc.) and has no electrical chemical corrosion, stable structure, and is not easy to fall off. Therefore, after the pipeline is put into use, it does not require anti-corrosion treatment and regular maintenance, greatly reducing the cost of use. Ordinary gas pipelines are generally anti-corrosion with asphalt or paint, which is prone to falling off and corrosion. The effective use time of the anti-corrosion layer is not more than one year, and the outer surface must be treated with anti-corrosion every two years.
Low resistance
The inner wall of the pipeline is formed by overlapping winding and welding the head layer together to form a closed structure, which not only increases the stiffness of the pipeline ring, but also solves the problem of excessive expansion and contraction of the open reinforcement structure. The inner wall is flat without grooves, and the wind resistance is greatly reduced, which is the same as the ventilation capacity of ordinary steel pipes.

Strong wear resistance
The composite resin coating used in the pipeline is resistant to deep corrosion and has high strength. Under the same usage conditions, its wear resistance is 5 times that of ordinary spiral welding. The pipeline has a long service life, which can reduce the cost of user network renovation, repair, and maintenance, increase the number of reuse, and reduce material procurement costs.
Good sealing performance
The series of gas pipelines produced by the company are welded on both sides of the steel pipe body to ensure that the connecting parts do not come off welding or leak welding. Maintain a water pressure test at 1.0Mpa for 120 minutes without any leakage.
